Keith brings over forty years of experience as a manager, teacher, minister, leader, scholar, and educational administrator in public and social sectors. His academic expertise in applied and professional ethics, educational administration, executive leadership, and organizational development, match well with his interests (governance, leadership-constituent relationships, relationship of social and public sector institutions, decision making and social policy).
